CACFP Meal Pattern Training Presentation Slides

Inspired by Team Nutrition's CACFP Halftime: Thirty on Thursdays Training Webinars, these ready-to-go presentation slides can be used by State Agencies, sponsoring organizations, and others to train providers, operators, and menu planners on the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) meal patterns. Seeking Afterschool Meals Champions

Share Our Strength's No Kid Hungry campaign is seeking passionate individuals who will help to further their work on expanding access to afterschool meals through the CACFP At-Risk Afterschool Meals Program. No Kid Hungry will select champions from a variety of roles and organizations across the country with a strong preference for those with direct experience supporting or implementing the program on the ground. Applications due October 11, 2019.

Herry's Blueberry Lemon Parfait

1 cup lemon yogurt 

2 cups blueberries 

4 tablespoons crushed graham crackers 


In each of four plastic cups, layer ¼ cup yogurt, ½ cup blueberries, and 1 tablespoon graham crackers. For a complete breakfast, serve one parfait to each child with ¾ cup of milk. Snack Crediting: 4 Servings for ages 1-5
