Request for Information: Serious Deficiency Process USDA Food and Nutrition Service has recently issued a request for information to gather detailed comments from stakeholders about the serious deficiency process in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP). The serious deficiency process provides a systematic way to correct serious management problems and, when that effort fails, protect the program through due process, The National CACFP Sponsors Association will be working with member organizations to develop a response based on your feedback and experience with this process. We encourage participation in providing thoughtful comments to provide FNS with essential feedback. More details to come. |
