National Milk Day Resources

USDA FNS Hosts Non-Congregate Meal Service Implementation Webinar

On December 29, 2023, FNS published an Interim Final Rule (IFR): Establishing Summer-EBT Program and Rural Non-Congregate Option in the Summer Meal Programs. FNS will host an implementation webinar for Summer Meals sponsoring organizations and program operators on non-congregate summer meal service for rural areas on Thursday, January 11, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm Eastern. This webinar will include time for questions and answers from the audience.
