Harvested by hand, the pears are ripened, peeled, cored, and poached in juice or sweetened syrup right in the can, preserving the fruit’s quality through classic canning techniques. Nothing else is added – just pears and poaching liquid, making canned pears a nutritious way to add fruit to your menus. 

Make sure it says “Product of USA” on the label for the highest quality and flavor. U.S. grown canned pears are available through USDA child nutrition programs or from your distributor.
