Serious Deficiency Process in the CACFP and SFSP: Proposed Rule

Thursday, March 7, 2024 (2:00 PM - 3:00 PM) (EST)

Description

Join us for a webinar with USDA's Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) as they provide an overview of the proposed rule for the Serious Deficiency Process in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP) and the Summer Food Service Program (SFSP). This proposed rule aims to improve the serious deficiency process in the CACFP, establishes the process for SFSP and extends the process to CACFP unaffiliated sponsored centers, enhancing consistency across states.
