Oatmeal can be a great way to get your whole grain-rich serving of grains in for the day, as instant oatmeal, old fashion oats, quick cooking oats and steel-cut oats are all whole grains. Oatmeal is easy to customize by incorporating different spices or fruits, such as our #CACFPCreditable banana oatmeal recipe.
