Whole Grain-Rich Worksheet

All grain products, other than cereals, on WIC lists are treated as whole grains and can be used to meet the CACFP whole grain-rich requirement. This includes all bread, rice, pasta, oatmeal, barley, bulgur, and tortilla (corn and wheat) products. Use this Team Nutrition training guide, in English and Spanish, to learn how.

CACFP & SFSP Area Eligibility Data Now Available

At the start of every fiscal year, USDA's FNS releases a special tabulation of data provided by the Census Bureau for CACFP and SFSP that establishes area eligibility in the CACFP and SFSP. The data are effective as of October 1, 2020. The FNS mapping tools have also been updated to reflect the new data.
