Menu Planners for Breakfast and Snack

Speaking of planning nutritious breakfast and snack menus, the USDA has released menu planners to help child care centers and family child care home operators. Recipes are standardized to meet minimum serving amounts of at least one component for children ages 3-5 and 6-18 in quantities of 6, 25 and 50 servings.
