Pandemic Response:
Los Angeles, CA

Little Fox Bilingual Preschool & Academy has continued serving fresh meals to the children in their care by shopping at local markets. As a family owned business, my parents work as the school chefs creating healthy meals. The preschool has been hosting virtual meetings with kids and offering online classes to the ones staying home quarantined. We have separated kids into small groups to work and play in separate activity areas and purchased cute face shields for them. They love the new daily routine and thanks to the CACFP, the kids are eating and drinking healthy. ~ Lei Zhang
