If you choose to serve our Quiche Florentine at breakfast, remember that meats and meat alternates may replace the entire grains component up to three times per week. If you'd like to try it out for lunch, check out our webinar for more brunch ideas that you can incorporate into lunchtime.

Support an Additional Meal in the CACFP!

Great news! A partner bill for the Early Childhood Nutrition Improvement Act has been introduced in the Senate by longtime friend of CACFP, Senator Bob Casey (D-PA). Even though you may have already sent a letter to your House Representative to support this, it’s important that you now ask your Senators to support the Senate bill as well! This legislation would allow provider that are open for more than 8 hours to be reimbursed for an additional meal.
