The Home Baking Association is a non-profit, non-government funded association of 35+ “farm to kitchen” test kitchens, farm commodity, millers and baking ingredient providers. Baking and food skill development resources are researched and developed for child educators. Resources are available free through HomeBaking.org and are written and reviewed by Family & Consumer Sciences education professionals, dietitians and test kitchen professionals.
