I work for Cen-Tex Family Services, Hearts of Texas Head Start. I have 11 years experience in the CACFP. Before going into child nutrition I worked in geriatric nutrition for 12 years. I enjoy working in the CACFP program because it is so rewarding to know that we are providing nutritious and great tasting food to children in our program.
