As the Nutrition Coordinator at Acelero Learning Clark County Head/Early Head Start, Kristina Bedikian oversees 13 locations and 1447 children. She has worked with Acelero for the past 11 years and works very closely with children that have food allergies, special diets and infants creating the breakfast, lunch and snack menus for the Head Start and Early Head Start children following the Child Adult Care Food Program Guidelines. Anything nutrition related, she is the go-to for Acelero children, families and staff. For the last 4 years, Kristina has hosted Farmer's Markets and Drive Thru Food Distributions to feed Acelero children, families and the Las Vegas Community feeding over 100,000 people at many of the Acelero locations. She has developed many partnerships with other organizations in the Las Vegas community that provide resources to help Acelero children and families. She is very passionate and dedicated to helping as many people as possible that are in need and enjoys every second of it.
