A Bear-y Delicious Recipe for You

July 21-27 is National Zookeeper Week! Try out our #CACFPCreditable Build-a-Bear pancake recipe for an animal-themed recipe to celebrate. This recipe features peanut butter as the meat/meat alternate component. As a reminder, nut and seed butters can be used to credit for the full meat/meat alternate component at any meal or snack. As of July 1, nuts and seeds themselves may also credit for the entire meat/meat alternate component, removing the 50 percent crediting limit for breakfast, lunch and supper.
