Grilled Cheese, Ham and Tomato Sandwich


Celebrate National Grilled Cheese Day today with a twist on the classic. This recipe from USDA Team Nutrition provides 1 oz eq grains and 1 1/4 oz eq meat/meat alternate, along with 1/8 cup of vegetable. Use whole wheat bread to fulfill your whole grain-rich requirement for the day.
