Refund and Cancellation Policy
There are no refunds. As a courtesy, you may transfer like registrations to another employee within your organization. The deadline for transfer requests is March 16, 2027. Transfer requests after this date will incur a $25.00 administrative fee through March 25, 2027. Onsite transfer requests will incur a $50.00 administrative fee.
Registrations will not be confirmed until payment is received. Payments must be received by the payment due date. If payment is not received by the payment due date, the registration will be cancelled.
The deadline to make changes to pre and post conference sessions is March 16, 2027. Transfers from preconference sessions to post conference sessions and vice versa are not allowed.
Waitlists will be available for pre and post conference sessions. Invoices must be paid in full before you can be registered for a waitlisted spot.

Step 1: Confirm Membership Status Verify the membership status of each person you are registering. Each attendee must be a current member of the National CACFP Association to receive a member discount. Non-members registered as members will be invoiced for membership, due immediately.
Not a member? Join here before registering. Memberships may take up to 1 business day to activate and must be active to receive the discount.
Step 2: Confirm Attendance Type Ask each attendee if they will attend onsite in Las Vegas or virtually via Zoom.
Step 3: Check System Status In the “My Information” box, enter your email to check to see if you are in the system or log in to verify membership.
Step 4: Select Attendance Type Use the toggles to indicate the number of members and non-members attending onsite or virtually.
Step 5: Select Pre/Post Conference Trainings Choose the number of onsite pre- or post-conference trainings needed per attendee.
Note: Pre/Post conference trainings are onsite only. One selection per person required.
Step 6: Enter Attendee Info Fill in attendee details under the appropriate (member or non-member) section.
Tip: Use the “Person” dropdown to autofill if the attendee is in our system.
Step 7: Enter Pre/Post Con Attendee Info Fill in attendee details under the appropriate pre/post con session section.
Note: Only one time slot per person. Conflicting sessions will be auto canceled with no refund. Pre/post trainings are onsite only and not available for virtual-only attendees.
Step 8: Check Email Watch for confirmation and access emails. Add conference@cacfp.org and nca@cacfp.org to your safe sender list.
